The colorful house measures approximately 9 inches wide x 9 inches tall x 7 inches deep when closed.  It is made of vinyl-covered cardboard with molded plastic interior and patio furnishings. The little house features a fold-out patio with 2 chairs and a table (missing umbrella).  There is a play area on the roof (and carrying handle).  Inside there are two beds and a closet with a rod for hanging clothes.  
The patio (top of case) has split along the front (could be glued) but doesn’t really detract from the loveliness of this house. Overall looks really good with only minor wear.
