Dan Goh, winner of 3 BMAA awards created some of the most spectacular OOAK dolls, some of which he made in very limited series. “Grace of Joy” was fourth in his party-wear series and features hundreds of carefully selected dazzling beads and sequins (including Swarovski crystals) which are all hand-sewn onto the gown, designed by Dan. No one could take an ordinary Barbie transform her into a piece of art like Dan Goh could! I can’t remember how limited each collection was, but I think it was generally around 10-15 dolls and sold in the $200+ range.
