Includes: 3 building structures, cardboard wrap (that folds out to be the floor), 3 sided mirror, coffee table, 2 chairs (one leg missing), display showcase, cardboard mannequin (missing arms), cardboard head mannequin,  3 magazines, 9 invitations, 8 modeling cards, “Fashion Show Today” sign and photocopy of instruction book. (Missing stage & carrying handle)

Condition: Fair to good, although some pieces are excellent. The plastic stage curtain is torn at the top (but can be taped to the rod) and some of the cardboard pieces are torn or damaged (while some are excellent). Still great for display though.
